Helen Hunt In A Bikini

Remember the sitcom Mad About You? The 90's sitcom starred Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt as a newly married couple in New York City. Reiser played Paul Buchman, a documentary film maker while Helen was Jamie Stemple Buchman, a public relations specialist.

Hunt was nominated for an Emmy Award for lead actress in a comedy seven years in a row, 1993-1999, and won four times.

Born in California in 1963, Helen comes to her craft honestly, the daughter of a photographer, film director and acting coach and niece to a director, granddaughter to a voice coach. If she was paying attention, it's no wonder she has gained critical acclaim on both television and the big screen.

And...considering she is 45 years old, she looks good in a bikini!!

Pam Anderson Bikini Picture

Ya gotta love Pamela Anderson. I guess when it comes to celebrity, Pam is a celebrity.....Wikipedia describes Pam Anderson as a Canadian-born actress, sex symbol, glamour model, producer, author, and former show girl.

Anderson is best known for her roles on the television series Home Improvement, Baywatch, and V.I.P. She was chosen as a Playmate of the Month for Playboy magazine in February 1990.

I may have related this story before, but it's worth mentioning again, I find it amazing....It seems that in the summer of 1989, Anderson was at a BC Lions game with some friends and during the game, her picture came up on the stadium screen wearing a Labatt's t-shirt.

The picture excited the crowd and they started cheering for the then 21 year old Anderson. Not one to miss out on a promotional opportunity, Labatt's had her taken down to the field where she recieved another ovation from the crowd, which prompted the beer maker to offer her a modeling contract, which Pam, also not one to miss out on a promotional opportunity accepted...I think that is a fascinating story! Imagine, one minute you are just a face in the crowd, the next minute you are signing a modeling contract!

What Pam does have is a talent for being well known, and looking pretty good in a bikini. Maybe not as good as she did in her Babewatch days, but still pretty good....

Among the singers that I enjoy listening too, Rod Stewart stands out as one of my all time favorites. Rod has been around seemingly forever, which I guess is a reflection of a song he recorded in 1988, Forever Young
Born in England in 1945 of Scottish and English parents,

His personal life is rocking too, married to a very lovely English model and photographer, 38 year old, Penny Lancaster.Penny is best known for her modeling on behalf of the lingerie designer Ultimo. Penny Lancaster and Rod Stewart became Mr and Mrs Stewart at La Cervara in Italy in 2007. Rod got himself a tall one, Penny is 6'1 and looks fantastic in a bikini!

Rod is certainly not slowing down in his senior years, releasing albums in a series called the Stardust... The Great American Songbook, which spotlights his wonderful, distinctive voice.

My Skimpy Bikini

Hey!!! This being a blog called My Skimpy Bikini and all, I thought I should post a pic of one of my skimpy bikini's! This is one of my favorite beach outfits. I wore this recently on the beach in the Dominican Republic.


I have to tell you that I was amazed at the number of women wearing bikini's in the Dominican Republic, in fact, I noticed that there were almost no one piece bathing suits to be seen, everyone, of all ages, shapes and sizes were wearing two piece bikini's! Gotta love that! And to think that the so-called fashion experts were saying the bikini was falling out of favor...yeah right! Ha-ha-ha-ha! I am happy to say that us girls still love our bikini's!
